Before calling HomeAir should your system break down, please ensure the return air filter (which is usually mounted inside the passage area) has been cleaned. This filter is normally in the form of a slide-out filter frame form, with the egg crate grill framework. Please note that this filter should be cleaned every 4 to 8 weeks of use. On heating, the condenser (outdoor unit) will ice up from time to time resulting in water dripping from this external unit. This is quite normal. Comfort level is normally achieved by setting the set point on the controller to 22.5ºC. This may vary by 1ºC or 2ºC according to personal preference.
